Up for sale is a 1964 United States Mint Uncirculated Set in its original packaging similar to the sets pictured. We occasionally get in small groups of original, silver mint sets with nice envelopes and no writing or stickers. Once we have 3-5 sets we offer them here, to the collecting community. These are original sets are as nice as they come. These sets make great birthday presents, anniversary gifts, achievement /graduation awards, etc.

This set includes two protective sleeves with a total of 10 coins. :

* (2) Lincoln cents: One of each struck at the Philadelphia and Denver branches of the United States Mint.
* (2) Jefferson nickels: One of each struck at the Philadelphia and Denver branches of the United States Mint.
* (2) Roosevelt dimes: One of each struck at the Philadelphia and Denver branches of the United States Mint.
* (2) Washington quarters: One of each struck at the Philadelphia and Denver branches of the United States Mint.
* (2) Kennedy half-dollars: One of each struck at the Philadelphia and Denver branches of the United States Mint.

The Kennedy half-dollar, Washington quarter and Roosevelt dime are struck in 90% silver.

This "vintage" set has been previously owned. It has been hand-inspected to ensure that it is complete, including its original US Mint packaging. Vintage coin sets and packaging may show some minimal wear and the effects of aging.
